1. Electrical Specifications

Ø1) self-limiting temperature heated line power consumption is 15-35W / m(10℃)， the medium temperature heated line power consumption is 40-60w / m, high temperature  power consumption is 40-60W / m

Ø2) rated voltage: 220V

Ø3) the maximum length of continuous heating of less than 100m, above  100m require special treatment

Ø4) with a current value of 30A circuit breaker if the composite tube length 》 15m, shall be equipped with self-limiting temperature heated line

Ø5) Automatic flow restrictor HY01-B-220 / 35-100 （additionally provided)

2. Thermal index

Ø1) at -20 ℃ ambient temperature, 15m / s wind speed, the inner tube to maintain the temperature at 40-120 ℃

Ø2) the sampling tube is resistant to acid, alkali corrosion, compressive strength 1.0Mpa non-disclosure (under normal condition)

Ø3) the sampling tube long-term work at <200 ℃ temperature

3. Corrosion-resistant composite pipe heating sample selection principle

□Diameter φ12, φ10, φ8, φ6, the wall thickness of 1.0-1.5 (depending on the amount of gas and speed, Pipe material and temperature conditions etc.)

□Teflon PFA maximum continuous use temperature is 260 ℃

□Teflon FEP maximum continuous use temperature is 200 ℃

□PVDF maximum continuous use temperature is 150 ℃

□PE maximum continuous use temperature is 100 ℃

□nylon 12.610 maximum continuous use temperature is 80 ℃

□316ss maximum continuous use temperature is 300 ℃

□304SS maximum continuous use temperature is 300 ℃

4.Heating parts: the user can use to select a different temperature requirements

□required to maintain the temperature at 70-100 ℃, you can use ZBW self-limiting temperature heated line

□required to maintain the temperature at 100-120 ℃, you can use GBW self-limiting temperature heated line

□required to maintain the temperature at 120-180 ℃, you can use constant power with tropical HGW
