Online Syngas Analyser
Introduction
SS-500D online syngas analysis systems for continuous monitoring of biomass and coal gasification processes adopts the imported gas sensor measurement using electrochemical sensor of oxygen, hydrogen measurement using TCD thermal conductivity sensor, methane and carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, measured using non dispersive infrared gas sensor NDIR principle (selected according to user needs). This instrument cross interference correction based on each component of single measurement, which has high accuracy, short response time, low drift and characteristics simple operation.
Applications
coal chemical process
steel making process as blast furnace, converter, coking, direct iron ore smelting reduction
syngas production from Biomass and coal gas gasification processes
Heat treatment
